Veo3 Prompt Studio ("we", "our", or "extension") respects the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting their data security. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, processed, and protected when you use our extension and website in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
1. Collected Data & Usage
Veo3 Prompt Studio collects and processes your email address via Supabase Auth for licensing and account verification purposes. We also store your custom character credentials (cref/sref link metadata) and prompt templates. We do not collect, read, or store passwords or payment information.
Google Gemini or OpenAI API keys you save in the extension settings are stored strictly on local device storage (chrome.storage.local). AI prompt analysis requests are sent directly to the AI providers using your keys and are never intercepted or stored by our servers.
2. Browser Permissions & Justifications
Veo3 Prompt Studio requests the following permissions in its Manifest V3 configuration. Each permission is strictly required for the core functionality:
• storage: Required to store local settings, API keys, saved characters, and custom templates locally in your browser.
• sidePanel: Required to display the prompt wizard and character vault panel on the Chrome side panel.
• activeTab, scripting & tabs: Required to locate prompt inputs on active AI tabs and inject your compiled prompt with one-click actions (Fast Paste).
• Host Permissions (*.supabase.co, *.googleapis.com, *.openai.com): Required to verify your subscription tier and communicate directly with Google Gemini and OpenAI APIs.
3. Data Security & Third-Party Disclosure
All account and licensing data is stored on secure databases managed by Supabase. Financial payment security is handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third-party marketing companies under any circumstances.
